Terms of Use — Smart Tasks
1. Service
Smart Tasks, by Dohko Technology, is a Bitrix24 application that shows each person's tasks on a schedule (day and week) and rearranges planned times when a task is moved or stretched: following tasks move to the next free time and a task that does not fit in the day is split in two, creating a continuation task linked to the original.
2. Activation and license
Use depends on activation by Dohko. The license is valid for the period set in the contract. Expired or paused licenses stop use until renewal; registered data is kept.
3. Access
Everyone sees their own schedule. Bitrix24 administrators see and rearrange all of them. Department heads and the people chosen by administrators see (and, if allowed, rearrange) other people's schedules. Settings are restricted to administrators.
4. Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the information recorded in the application, the working-hours settings and checking the times. Changes made by the schedule are stored in Bitrix24 tasks and can be undone in the application for up to 30 minutes.
