Privacy Policy — Smart Tasks
Dohko Technology respects its users' privacy and is committed to protecting personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian LGPD.
1. What the application reads and writes
Smart Tasks reads, in Bitrix24, the tasks where the person is responsible (title, planned dates, deadline, time estimate, status, project, participants, observers and tags), their calendar appointments (when the option is on) and the list of people and departments. It writes the planned start and end on tasks (and the deadline, if that option is on), creates continuation tasks when a task is split, creates the new tasks requested on the schedule and deletes only tasks it created itself, when the person undoes the change. Changes are written in the name of whoever made them; when Bitrix24 does not allow it, the application writes through the installation and records in a task comment who made the change (or, if the administrator chooses, does not allow the change). To know what each person can change, the application checks their permissions on the tasks.
2. Data we store
The schedule settings (working hours, lunch, overtime, holidays and rules), who sees whose schedule, the link between parts of split tasks, tasks pinned to their time, the times before each change so it can be undone (30 days), the activity log (180 days), temporary copies of lists read from Bitrix24 (a few hours) and the Bitrix24 account identifier and domain.
3. Credentials
Bitrix24 OAuth tokens (the installation's and those of each person who opens the application, used to write changes in their name) are encrypted on the server and deleted when the application is uninstalled.
4. Security
Communication with Bitrix24 uses HTTPS. Each person sees only their own schedule unless an administrator allows others, as described in the Terms of Use.
5. Deletion
Stored data can be deleted on request through support: (11) 4293-0188. The tasks in your Bitrix24 remain there.
